Messaging Summary

The Hearing Haven text and email notification service sends four types of messages:

Appointment Reminders: messages regarding scheduled appointments.
Customer Care/Support: two way text conversations, including answering patient questions.
Feedback Requests: survey requests asking patients for reviews or experience feedback.
Office Notifications: important updates including changes to operating hours.
